Refund policy

NON-REFUNDABLE VEHICLE PURCHASE DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of $500 will hold a vehicle for 3 days.

Upon receipt of the deposit, Essence Motors will contact you to arrange full vehicle payment, pickup/shipping, DMV and other documentation fees. 

Should you fail to respond or finalize the transaction within 3 (three) business days, the vehicle will be released and made available for sale, and the deposit will not be refunded.
